Chuck Palmentere

“As a former prosecuting attorney,
I appeared before judges on a daily basis. That experience gives me a unique perspective on the challenges of seeing a case through from start to finish.  I find great reward in leading my clients through the legal process, whether they are wrongfully accused of a crime, injured on the job or fighting insurance companies for the compensation that they deserve.”

Chuck Palmentere has mastered the art of courtroom advocacy for both criminal and civil cases. Formerly an Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Kansas City, Missouri, Chuck prosecuted cases involving speeding, auto accidents, driving under the influence, domestic violence and more.

In 1993, Chuck started his private law practice, ultimately joining Gary Haggerty and Frank Brancato to form Brancato Haggerty & Palmentere.

Today, Chuck sees his work as an opportunity to help those who need a strong strategy and guidance through legal issues.

In the current legal environment there is no such thing as an open and shut case. Every injury matter, whether on the job or caused by someone else's negligence, is wrought with legal issues such as hospital liens, ERISA liens, Medicare and Medicaid subrogation rights, etc.  A start-to-finish legal strategy is the only approach to have when providing superior legal representation to a client, so each client can be confident that each and every issue of their case has been resolved in their favor,

Chuck earned his law degree from the University of Missouri in Kansas City in 1993. Prior to attending law school, he received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from William Jewell College in 1989. He is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri.
