Chuck Palmentere

Chuck Palmentere has mastered the art of courtroom advocacy for both criminal and civil cases. Formerly an Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Kansas City, Missouri, Chuck prosecuted cases involving speeding, auto accidents, driving under the influence, domestic violence and more.
In 1993, Chuck started his private law practice, ultimately joining Gary Haggerty and Frank Brancato to form Brancato Haggerty & Palmentere.
Today, Chuck sees his work as an opportunity to help those who need a strong strategy and guidance through legal issues.
In the current legal environment there is no such thing as an open and shut case. Chuck earned his law degree from the University of Missouri in Kansas City in 1993. Prior to attending law school, he received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from William Jewell College in 1989. He is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri.
